Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jibe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Service Description

Jibe is a free group trip planning tool that helps groups coordinate availability and find dates that work for everyone. Users create trips, invite members via a shareable link, mark dates on a calendar, and the Service calculates optimal travel windows. No account registration or app download is required.

User Conduct

When using Jibe, you agree to:

• Provide a reasonable display name
• Share trip links only with your intended group
• Not attempt to access trips you are not a member of
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Not use automated tools or bots to access the Service

Access & Identity

Jibe does not require accounts or passwords. Your identity within a trip is managed through a secure browser cookie set when you join. Anyone with a trip link can join by entering a display name. You are responsible for sharing trip links only with your intended group.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you provide, including display names, availability dates, and preferences. Trip creators can delete their trip at any time, permanently removing all associated data. Trip creators can also remove individual members.

Intellectual Property

The Jibe name, branding, design, and underlying technology are the property of its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jibe and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may discontinue, modify, or restrict access to the Service at any time. Trip creators can delete their trips at any time. We may remove content or restrict access if we determine the Service is being misused.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
